Enter a US or Canadian mobile number for OTP verification. VoIP and LeadConnector numbers aren't accepted. One number can be used for up to 3 Sole Proprietor brand registrations as per limits set by the carriers.

Enter the exact business address that is on file with your tax authority.

Enter the state, province, or region as it appears on your filed tax documents.
Use the registered street address of your business, not a P.O. box or virtual address.

Authorized representatives
Add a person who can answer questions about your business if carriers need to verify the registration. Each business you register needs its own unique contact person.
Private emails domains are not eligible for sole prop brand registration. Make sure you are using a public domain email (e.g., Gmail (NOT Gsuite), Hotmail, Yahoo, etc). Avoid using the same email for more than 5 brands.

Registered Business pathway: select Yes.
- US or Canadian customers who have a Tax ID [EIN or BN9] need to register for a Low Volume Standard or Standard brand to send messages to the US.
- US or Canadian customers who do not have a tax ID, need to register for the same on Internal Revenue Service for US and CRA's Business Registration Online (BRO) portal for Canada.
- All the non US/Canadian customers would need to register for a Low Volume Standard or Standard brand to send messages to the US using their local country Business Registration Number.
